We managed Timberland's paid marketing budget, blending smart media spending with a full-funnel approach to deliver sustained growth. Their ROAS was boosted by 110%, thus achieving back-to-back sales targets within the first 8 months of the calendar year. Our scope was expanded to SEO and localized brand marketing, enabling a more holistic approach.

To celebrate Timberland's 50th anniversary, we executed an OOH campaign in Shibuya, collaborating with a local rapper to create concert-poster-style ads. This campaign drove record interest in social metrics and Google searches, achieving an average ROAS of over 20 and surpassing D2C website targets in just 8 months.
