Organic Social Media Management
Shiseido’s skincare brand WASO appointed us to manage their organic social media presence. Our remit was to engage American and European audiences interested in Japanese cosmetics. sans serif attuned the messaging to reflect WASO’s Japanese origins, utilising available brand assets. We proposed strategic content production to fill creative gaps and handled copywriting for consistent and targeted messaging. Through holistic and thoughtful storytelling, we introduced followers to the local ingredients used in WASO products and the farmers behind them — growing follower numbers by over 20% in one year despite having no other digital engagement running in parallel.
